I am a gifted energy worker, medium, and spiritual guide on a mission to raise collective consciousness using healing-empowerment tools + channeled messages.I went from overwhelmed, wounded victim of my reality, to thriving, peaceful balanced state of being so that I could live a life in resonance with my values + in harmony with my past, present, and future experiences. Now, I help my clients evolve their wounds into wisdom so they feel empowered through their healing + elevate into freedom <3My story began in 2017 when I left all that I knew behind in Washington D.C just 3 months after graduating from university, to move to Chicago for a connection that served as a mirror for what would become the catalyst of my entire awakening.With a series of signs far from coincidence, I could no longer doubt the path that was laid out in front of me. My life took on a grander meaning where I now prioritize what brings me joy, keeps me healthy, empowers my choices, and manifests experiences aligned with my highest self. This comes after a long road of chasing my own tail; overcoming dark shadows related to triggers, self-love, and boundaries; healing lifetimes of past life, inner child, and ancestral wounding; and releasing the resentment or control of what I expected my life to be, to only allow what was meant for me.Everything came full circle. TERMS OF AGREEMENTI. OUTLINE OF AGREEMENT
a. Door to Value™ agrees to provide a learning curriculum through a course or a intuitive service booked through Calendly in exchange for the client's payment.
b. Reference to the Door to Value™ in this agreement includes the owner(s), Yasmine Yaiche, who acts on behalf of the Door to Value™ .II. PAYMENT
a. Payment is made at the time of booking and is considered non-refundable. In exchange for this service, the client agrees to pay in full at the time of booking.
b. Payment for intuitive readings are collected through the PayPal system via Calendly--Door to Value™ intuitive reading scheduling tool. If the client prefers to pay for the service with a different payment provider outside of the PayPal system, Door to Value™ may consider this option and uphold the agreement of payment once payment is fully received from the client. Payment for any courses through Thinkific may be collected via PayPal or Stripe.
c. Payments made on any platform outside of the PayPal system for intuitive readings or Stripe for any courses through Thinkific are also considered non-refundable.III. CANCELLATION FOR INTUITIVE READINGS
a. Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost at up to 24 hours notice before the start time of the session. Failure to notify of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited session and is considered non-refundable.
b. Exceptions for cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and will be considered as a determination for rescheduling services in the future. Door to Value™ reserves the right to determine if rescheduling a session may be granted.IV. RESULTS + GUARANTEES
a. Door to Value™ does not guarantee any results or health claims. Guidance and tools provided during a service or via an online course curriculum are to be taken only if the information resonates with the client.
b. Door to Value™ does not provide medical, legal, or business advice. All perspectives, channelings, and teachings are provided for the client's consideration and should not be relied upon. It is the responsibility and accountability of the client to obtain professional advice.V. DOOR TO VALUE™ RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
a. If, as an act of God, public emergency, restriction imposed by law, or for another reason beyond Door to Value™ 's control, services are unable to be provided to the client, a full refund or rescheduling of the service will be offered. Door to Value™ shall not be in breach of this agreement, but shall be authorized to substitute options for the client's consideration.VI. CONFIDENTIALITY
a. Door to Value™ agrees that information discussed during a service will not be disclosed or used for any purpose and will be considered confidential, except as authorized by the client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality applies indefinitely upon termination of this agreement.
